The fruit was hand-harvested and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel. The wine spent 4 months on lees and chilled post fermentation with regular lees stirring to build texture and mouthfeel.

Light bodied red wines have a water-light mouthfeel and light flavour impact. Often pale to light/medium in colour.

Sourced from a 50 year old vineyard in Blewitt Springs, picked to make rosé. Pretty, blood orange and tangerine, redcurrant, crisp, dry, gently powdery tannin, maybe some green pear skin lending a pleasant bitterness, and a cool frisky finish of solid length. Perhaps a little light on for weight and flavour, but a good wine offering easy drinking appeal.
