Light to medium red/purple colour. The bouquet is typically savoury Spanish as opposed to fruity or varietal. Dried herbs and a hint of aniseed. The wine is light-bodied in the mouth, savoury and simple, with a note of raspberry in the fruit-sweet centre, followed by a light but pleasant balance of tannins
