So balanced, so perfumed, so refined! A totally natural, regional expression of shiraz. Lovely alluvial silty tannins and fine flavours. This is a very fine wine, indeed. Quietly beautiful.

None made in ''11, reflecting the very high standards set by Best''s, because the declassified wine in that year was the mainstay of Bin No. 1 that won the Jimmy Watson Trophy. This Bin 0 is an epitome of medium-bodied shiraz from an ideal climate, blackberry, plum, licorice and a hint of spice on the seamless, smooth-flowing palate. History shows how superbly these wines age.
