(A museum re-release) The colour is still a very light yellow, even at seven years, the bouquet toasty and showing a light touch of kerosene, while the palate has bracing acidity and is mouth-watering, juicy and poised, the acidity counter-pointed by a subtle touch of sweetness. A gorgeous wine.
