Brown Brothers Cuvée has a youthful green hued colour with medium bead and goodpersistence. The emphasis is on lively aromas of ripe new season's apples andlemon citrus fruit. This wine has a well-balanced palate dominated by freshcrunchy apple, a touch of citrus and just a hint of yeasty complexity. It is lively andfresh in the mouth with a good persistence of flavour and a finish that is dry andrefreshing. This sparkling is fresh, lively and ready to enjoy without any need forfurther cellaring.

Really enjoyed this bubbly little drink. So much so, that I bought a carton on my next visit. Price is consistent with the quality and the amount of preservative seemed much lower than some others in the price range.
