Deep red colour with a good tint of purple and a strong bouquet of smoky dark chocolate, and char oak is a part of it. A rich palate, full-bodied and generous, with round, supple tannins and very agreeable mouth-feel. The tannins help extend the long finish. This would age well, too.

With fruit sourced from Greenock, Marananga and Moppa, Jack's Shiraz has a lot to offer for those that seek a classically styled Barossa shiraz at a sharp price point. Abundant plum and dark cherry fruits, baking spices, licorice, dark chocolate and earth. Tight, fine tannin support and a deep, savoury resonance to its tail.
