Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Vanilla and caramel oak-infused bouquet. Oak dominates the nose, even at 8 years. A fuller, chunkier style of wine than others in this tasting: big and bold with ample powdery tannins and still has some grip. Lovely balance and great length, but lacks the line and linearity of most of the wines. Very stylish and loaded with character. Hopefully more age will result in the oaky aroma mellowing out completely
