About this product

One of Victoria's true heritage wines, Yarra Yering Dry Red No.1 is primarily a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Malbec and a touch of Petit Verdot. Planted on a historic Yarra Valley site by the late Dr Bailey Carrodus, the 1996 Dry Red No.1 was borne out of cool vintage and is display those typical cedar and green olive characters. Hints of plum and cherry fruit are also evident making for a truly decadent aged wine experience.
