Vintage 2016
94 points Halliday Wine Companion
Multiple clones open-fermented separately, 14-17 days on skins, matured for 12 months in French oak (20% new). Deep, bright crimson-purple; the Adelaide Hills has nothing to prove about the suitability of most districts to produce elegant, medium-bodied shirazs that welcome French oak, but can live without it. Spice, pepper and licorice all play hide and seek within the lithe frame of the wine This really is a wonderful drink at $25.

Vintage 2019

Deep, youthful red/purple colour and a shy nose of dark cherry and raspberry, a lick of spice, and the palate is lean and nervy with a thread of sappy tannins and a slightly gritty finish. A good wine at the price.
