Leo BuringEden Valley Riesling 2007
About this product
Leo Buring's Eden Valley Riesling has always a wonderful ability to age in the bottle ever so nicely. With a long and distinguished history in the art of Riesling making in the Eden Valley, the 2007 Riesling is a perfect example of this pedigree. Showing all the typical Eden characters of lime citrus with a balanced, slightly textured palate and little hint of nuttiness on the finish. Wonderful with some quality Asian cuisine.

Vintage 2007

Light yellow, some development. Straw-hay aromas; lovely nose, good balance between green and dried-grass/dried-herb notes. Colour is a bit advanced. Palate soft and up-front: flavour fades a little towards the back. Plainer than the Leonay bottling. Clean, dry finish. Very good.
