About this product

It was with this vintage that most keen observers of Wynn's Black Label came to understand the profound effect of winemaker Sue Hodder's drive to carry the great name forward. Lots of densely crushed dark currants, fine toast and tannins, ripe yet with faithful Cabernet leaf undertones, and classy persistence.

How can the panel only give this 95 points? This is FLOODED with blackcurrant cassis, black cherry and fermented plum. It is rich, dark, earthy and almost deceptively powerful. Rich, dark and purple. Wynns and Wolf Blass are my Aussie wine

2005 8/10 the 2006 7/10 BUT in a few more years maybe 9/10 but the 2004 sadly still 6.5/10
