Over the last 30 years, only 10 vintages have been selected for the Noble Cuvée Blanc de Blancs, a pure and stylish Champagne featuring a remarkably rounded taste on the palate. The Noble Cuvée Blanc de Blancs 2000 is light gold in colour, with green highlights and a fine bead. On the nose: aromas of yellow flowers and pear are set off by a mineral touch.

Deep golden colour, showing more developoment than any bottle drunk to date, but certainly not excessively aged. Wondrously complex bouquet and flavour. In the mouth, it's opulent, multi-facated, rich and buttered-toasty, roasted nutty. Gloriously entertaining all round.
