About this product

Farr Rising Saignée is part of the Rosé revolution that is happening in Australia right now. Bright pink, tinged with magenta; this isn't a rose so much as a high quality Pinot Noir table wine, complexed by barrel fermentation; immaculate length and balance.

Very savoury Rose, delicious drinking with a lot of pinot noir resemblance in flavour but in a light refreshing form.

Brillant colour, seductive and complex aromas of cherries, rose and mushrooms. Obviously meant to be drunk lightly chilled, but as it opens up in the glass, it resembles a lighter, and very good Burgundy. About as sexy as a wine can be.
