About this product
Farr Rising Saignée is part of the Rosé revolution that is happening in Australia right now. Bright pink, tinged with magenta; this isn't a rose so much as a high quality Pinot Noir table wine, complexed by barrel fermentation; immaculate length and balance.

Vintage 2019
91 points The Real Review
Medium to full rosé colour, with youthful tints. The bouquet is subtly nutty and savoury, with a yeasty-estery overtone, the palate properly dry and yet rich, with ample flavour and softness, all components in good balance, the finish lingering and appetisingly dry.
