Vasse FelixCabernet Sauvignon 1999
About this product
Vasse Felix was the first vineyard planted in the Margaret River region; planted by Dr Tom Cullity in 1967. Always famous for their elegantly structured Cabernet Sauvignon, this aged Cab is showing all those wonderful bay leaf characters you expect from Margaret River with more than enough blackcurrant primary fruit to carry it through. Fine grained tannins have paved a course for this red to drinking marvellously well into its second decade.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
