Château Léoville-Las-CasesSaint-Julien 2003
About this product
Classified as a 2nd growth, the iconic Bordeaux producer Château Léoville-Las-Cases can produce wines equal and superior to some 1st growths. Typically a dominant Cabernet Sauvignon blend accompanied by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot the wine contains rich fruit flavours on the palate with firm tannins and substantial length. Still very youthful, the 2003 has great cellaring potential and will age gracefully.

Vintage 2003
97 points The Real Review
(1500ml magnum) A classic wine, in tip-top condition. Classic Medoc cedary, tobaccoey and cigarbox bouquet - very cabernet, properly ripe, and without any aberrant characters. Clean, stately, elegant Bordeaux with a gentlemanly bearing. Textbook Pauillac-style St Julien! Many more years ahead of it.
