Romate Pedro Ximenez show a complex amalgam of figs, raisins, plum pudding fill the glass. This is a serious drink, having been aged through the Solera system for a minimum of 30 years. This is a must have for any connoisseur.

The best Sherry/Port I have had so far in my short journey into dessert wines. Very thick, sweet and a powerful taste of Raisins and Liquorice.

The most magnificent piece of indulgence available after dinner, particularly after a trying day of the mind at work. Sip and relax. Try pouring a few drops over vanilla ice cream...yum.

Incredibly luscious intense chocolate-plum liquid gold. Lovely after dinner treat. Perhaps a little sweet, but it's a sherry, live with it.
