Considered by many as Australia's benchmark Cabernet blend, 'Quintet' is an icon of the Yarra Valley and a wine of exceptional quality. The Bordeaux style blend consists of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The 1999 vintage has produced a very complex and clean nose with good flavours and richness, harnessed by lots of good ripe tannin.
