Spotlessly clean, this is a gorgeous, silky wine flooded with redcurrant, cassis and blackcurrant fruit in a web of fine tannins. Elegance personified, the screwcap guaranteeing a very long life.

First bottle shockingly corked! 2nd bottle: Very good colour. Fresh, youthful, vigorous, in good nick, with a tight, tidy palate. Oak fairly evident. Very savoury flavours, liberal tannins, quite firm. Nice wine. A bit bold, oaky and straightforward on the day, but great potential.
