A thoroughly enjoyable, authentic portrayal of Viognier displaying quintessential ripe apricot, light honey and marigold perfume. The palate boasts generous, rounded flavours of mid season apricots, yellow plum, vanilla pod and yellow peach, held in check by lovely fresh crispness on the finish. A wine that glides along with a very sunny disposition. Consistent, year in, year out.

Medium, brassy, straw-yellow colour. The bouquet has spiced honey and apricot notes typical of viognier; the palate is full-bodied and broad, with textural richness that borders on coarseness. Phenolic grip is a part of it. This bold, rustic white wine needs hearty food to accompany it.
