Showcasing a deep ruby color with aromas reminiscent of Christmas cake, cinnamon, and cloves. Bright and fresh on the nose, the fruit draws you in with hints of gravel, spice, and earthy red fruit notes. On the palate, ripe fruit flavors mingle with high alcohol, offering layers of berries, vanilla spice, and subtle charcuterie nuances. Earthiness and olive brine add complexity, supported by gritty tannins that reflect its youth. This wine is very plush and concentrated, with fine-grained tannins providing a sturdy backbone of fruit and structure. It shows promise for aging, benefiting from time in the cellar to integrate its components fully. Pair with slow cooked beef ribs and creamy mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

Beautifully concentrated and balanced wine with ample dark cherry, blackcurrant flavours, fine chocolaty/ al dente tannins and underlying roasted chestnut vanilla notes.
