Deep crimson. Beautiful pure blackcurrant, dark plum, dark cherry capsicum aromas with praline/ mocha notes and hints of bush garrigue. Fresh, generous and concentrated dark berry, capsicum, praline, espresso, cedar flavours, fine slinky firm/ graphite tannins and well-integrated mineral acidity. A grainy plume with seductive sweet fruit, hint flinty notes at the finish. Lovely richness and flow. The 2022 Bin 180 Cabernet Shiraz is a standout, epitomizing elegance and complexity. Deep ruby in color, it exudes a sweet, perfumed aroma with lively notes of mulberry, blue, and dark fruits. The palate is both powerful and elegant, presenting blackcurrant, tomato bush, mocha, coffee, and dense plums intertwined with a core of pepper and star anise spice. Medium-bodied and finely laced, this wine is vibrant, fresh, and full of life, with an incredible drive that showcases layers of complexity. It finishes with a dense, pure, and concentrated dark, solid dusty character. This wine would pair well with a roasted rack of lamb with rosemary and garlic with a side of either truffle infused mashed potato or roasted vegetables.
