About this product

Woodlands Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec and 2% Cabernet Franc. Bright crimson in colour, it has a nose that displays a hedonistic mix of brooding blue fruits, five spice and toasty barrel notes. The palate is fine, succulent and mouth filling, with waves of dense red fruits and a very long silky finish.

This is a stunning wine. Definitely up there with Australia’s/Margaret Rivers best wineries. However… it is very oaky on release. It needs a minimum of [id say] 5/6 years or many more in the cellar. I am drinking this wine at 10/12 years an

This wine was nice, but I've had much nice at a quarter of the price. The wine wasn't off. If I had blindly tasted this I'd say it was a $20-$30 wine. Very disappointing given the price.
