96 points The Age/Sydney Morning Herald Penguin Good Wine Guide 2011
“This impresses immediately. It has a certain stature and is well composed. Stone fruit, citrus, layered spices and a flutter of oak are all in this together. The palate has an interesting texture of talc-like acidity and a smidge of lemon pith phenolics, concluding long and convincing.” 96 points, Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion

“Nectarine, ginger and spiced oak, a whisper of fennel, maybe some grapefruit and lemon zest. It’s spicy, a little saline, some toasted nuts, a light chalky feel to texture, bright acidity, and a zesty gently sappy finish of good length. Nice wine. Tight, savoury, tangy, and good to drink.” 94 Points, Gary Walsh
