Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Very deep, dark, dense purple-black colour with a dominant oaky note in the dark-chocolate, cocoa-powder bouquet while the palate is very robust and big-bodied, wth rustic tannins and a note of astringency, oaky presence and mint/vanilla/coconut flavours dominating the black fruit shiraz notes. Licorice too, and builds floral notes with time in the glass. This needs time, and will take quite a while to soften and mellow.
