Light straw colour, with a fresh aroma of dry herbs, straw, hay and subtle notes of dried flowers. The palate is light and intense, fresh and clean and properly dry through to the finish. Good balance and drinkability. A straightforward, well-made dry white that drinks well now and would suit a wide variety of foods.
