WynnsJohn Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon 1999
About this product
Wynns John Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon was first made back in 1982 to showcase the very best fruit available to the Wynns winemaking team. In fact, only 1% of Wynns' total Cabernet ends up as part of this iconic wine. The 1999 vintage was a classic vintage in Coonawarra with early spring rains and a dry November resulting in a smaller than normal fruit set. The resulting fruit was extremely concentrated and has created a wine that has dealt with a decade in the bottle with ease and is only getting better.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
