Medium yellow - lacks bead, lacks good mousse. Some development, and a slight meringue, egg-custard aroma - but it's simple. Palate lacks creaminess, lacks texture, but has flavour. Acceptably clean dry finish, with a low liqueur level. A fairly basic sparkling wine.
