About this product

A South Australian specialty, and one of our most loved wines. This multi vintage Shiraz wine is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.The wine to drink with any meal! Breakfast, lunch or dinner. We like to think of it as a Christmas brekky tradition! But of course, you can partner this wine with anything you like. Cheese, canapes, duck, peppered beef skewers, or just enjoy it by itself! Serve chilled - around 8 to 10 degrees celsius.

A bottling from a solera of shiraz vintages, giving the wine a richer flavour and deeper body/tannin structure than similar priced sparkling reds.
