Medium to light-straw colour. The bouquet is mineral, savoury, with a high-note of wheat biscuit, the palate very intense and yet understated, with a very savoury dryness in its lingering aftertaste. There are traces of malt, almond meal and lemon in the mouth. The palate has outstanding tension, refinement and length. It's still reserved and latent, yet to spread its wings, but the intensity is there. It reveals more wonderful complexities the more you taste it, and promises to unfold even more with time. (Aged for 8 months in 30% new puncheons, the oak produced according to biodynamic principles)
