Deep, bright red/purple colour, youthful and fresh, the bouquet echoing these perceptions with violets galore overlying blueberry and cassis cabernet fruit. The wine is intense and softly-textured, without astringency but with backbone nonetheless. It's full-bodied and elegantly-structured and textured. A glorious cabernet that will live for many years and reward cellaring.
