Pale gold. Lovely fragrant grapefruit, lemon curd aromas with bitter lemon, yeasty, sourdough notes. Lively animated wine with delicious lemon curd, grapefruit flavours, yeasty grilled sourdough flavours, supple lacy textures, excellent mid-palate volume/ density and perfectly balanced creamy bubbles. This is a wonderful refreshing NV Champagne with superb balance, perfect dosage and mineral length. Highly recommended.
