Brilliant, deep purple colour, the aromas fresh and floral, scented, violets and it seems to be 100% fruit. There are just enough fine, light tannins and the finish is of modest length, but good balance and approachability. There is plenty of grip on the aftertaste. A simple but impeccably produced red for the price.
