Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazIndependent wineryThe fruit was machine harvested and transported to the winery where it was destemmed and crushed into fermenters. Once inoculated, the ferments were pumped over and plunged twice a day, temperature was held around 25°C to prevent over extraction of tannins locked in the skins. The wine was then transferred to oak for malolactic fermentation allowing a soft integration of the grape and oak tannins. After the correct amount of maturation, the wine was blended, fined then bottled.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

This is immediately appealing on the nose showing youthful aromas of Black Doris plum, cranberry, violet and almond characters, followed by a juicy palate that is supple and beautifully flowing. The wine offers youthful charm and succulent fruit intensity, backed by silky tannins, making it a fabulous drink.
