Hewn from grapes of a select several rows across a prized block. A medium yellow, smelling considerably riper than the modest alcohol belies. Candied Meyer lemon. Spa salts, pink grapefruit, quince and lime juice as backups. A ripe, warm year to be sure, but the structural gears are well set. Dutiful acidity, a gentle chew and a strident forceful flourish across the finish.
