It’s hard being a cola. When people want to enjoy the real thing, one can either tow the party line or dance to a different groove. Our cola, made from scratch with pulpy Australian lemons, kola nut, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and lime oil, is different and delicate in every way. And, just when you thought it was job done, we turned around and smoked it–blending our cola with pristine spring water smoked over applewood chips. Using smoked water–as opposed to a liquid smoke flavouring, allowed for a
