Concentrated flavours of dark cherry, plum and blackberry combine for a dynamic profile that still remains balanced by velvety smooth tannins. At the $30 price point this luscious red punches above its weight and is immensely enjoyable. Robust and smooth it’s great drinking right now.

If you like a full-bodied Barossa Shiraz I would recommend Balthazar with confidence. May need to cellar for a year or two to produce its best on the pallet in my opinion, but ready now.

This shiraz was a considered purchase and I am very, very impressed. It literally slides down the throat. Not a hint of sharpness and not peppery like some. Smooth, rich and full. I would definitely buy this one again.

What a superb affordable red wine and a cracking drop. Balanced full all the things in a good shiraz to have your palate dancing. A go to for me and my wife everytime doesnt disappoint
