Pristine, racy, tightly wound Sauvignon Blanc but there’s more than meets the palate here. Lemony tang, touch of passionfruit, but a curl of distinct chalky minerality, faintest creamy-savouriness and a rod of steely acidity through it all. Lots going on. Complex yet understated. A charm.
