The secret to the outstanding quality of this wine is the attention to detail, both in the careful fruit selection and the oak handling. As an 8 year old cabernet (tasted March, 23) the wine is superb. Sweet fruited, elegant, opulent and endlessly long. Light spices and gentle vanilla oak frame theblack currant and plum fruit flavours immaculately. Our climate controlled cellaring programme has brought an already great wine to a peak.
