De BortoliDeen Vat 9 Cabernet Sauvignon
About this product
The ‘DEEN’ range is a true reflection of his pursuit and a great tribute to Deen himself. Our Father, everybody's Deen. Deep crimson red appearance. Intense dark fruits, dark chocolate and hints of dried herb. The generous palate shows more dark berry, hints of coriander, cedar and a fine tannin finish.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Three-and-a-half years old and swinging well above its weight, this is cabernet of impressive concentration and definition of blackcurrant and cassis fruit. There’s a violet perfume lift and a lingering finish of crunchy acidity and soft tannins. Impressive BBQ quaffer.
