The beautifully perfumed, single vineyard Henschke Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon blend evokes an unforgettable sense of place. Vinified in headed down open fermenters and completing fermentation in new (42%) and seasoned French oak, a further 18 months’ maturation allows the wine to develop intense, pure blackcurrant and violet aromatic complexity, fine-grained textural tannins, inky suppleness and integrated cedar and vanilla notes.
