Vintage 2017

Medium to deep red/purple colour, bright and youthful, while the bouquet has a smoky, char-oak edge to it, overlying sweet black cherry fruit. Lush, medium to fullbodied flavour and structure, with some tannin firmness and tightness, which is easily balanced by the generosity of fruit. An impressive and quite delicious pinot of a fuller style.

Has no problem in hitching a ride with the cavalry of pinots swept along by the joy of the ’17 vintage, ripe cherry with a savoury finish.
