Archie Rose - Summer Gin Project: Coast is a soft and appealing gin that brings together some of our fondest elements of summer including the bounty of fruit and time by the coast with friends. It features wild sea lettuce, lemon myrtle, native strawberry gum, peach and coconut. 
On the nose, it greets you with generous sweet stone fruit: apricot, peach and mango each with a creamy accent. The palate boasts a fresh breeze of clean sea air note that emerges and intertwines with notes of lemon ice blocks against a round and fresh backdrop, ending with a herbal and delicately dry juniper and salty conclusion. It’s a fantastic juxtaposition between the sweetness of the fruit and saltiness of the sea lettuce.
