You could measure this wine''s spiciness in volts. It''s charged with black pepper, cured meats, crushed leaves and baked earth notes. Savoury plus. Perfumed too. There''s a cranberried, raspberried, plummy fruitiness gliding beneath the riot of treble. The finish is long, sinewy and dry. Quite stunning.
