McWilliam's has for many years crafted wines with fruit sourced from the cooler, high altitude sites situated along the great Dividing Range. This wine from Orange displays citrus and guava fruits with lifted green garden herbs. The fine mineral acidity drives the freshness and length creating a seriously satisfying Sauvignon Blanc.

Why drink NZ Sav Blanc?

This is an excellent and well priced example of Aussie Sauv Blanc. I am not usually a sauv blanc enthusiast but this one is good. Steer clear of those formulaic NZ savs - they don't rate against this one.

Many cheaper and better wines out there

I read the recent review about this being better than the nz sav blancs and decided to give it a try. Even at 12 bucks I regret buying it and would have preferred many different wines that are cheaper. Anyway, had to try. Would not go back
