Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayMcLaren Vale, AustraliaCertified Organic grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and crushed, chilled, and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was completed the barrels were stirred weekly, suspending the yeast lees giving the wine extra texture and suppleness. After 6 months in barrel the wine was racked off lees and given a light filter prior to bottling. Light straw in colour with green hues and aromas of bright guava.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Deep and youthful red/purple colour. The bouquet is smoky, charry and chocolaty, blackberry joining in on the palate. It’s rich and full-bodied, with plenty of tannins but a nice soft texture. A full-bodied, gutsy shiraz that will reward some cellaring. Excellent value!
