Deep, intense, bright, purple/red colour. Gently meaty charcuterie-like aromas, the palate offers the same flavours encased in generous tannins. The wine is concentrated, rich and dense, but also retains elegance and style. There's a core of sweet fruit. Long and harmonious: it drinks well now and should cellar superbly. Excellent shiraz.

Serious ironstone core within a thick coating of sweet black textural cool climate fruit. Firm but fine tannins. Sweet spices. As with all great Heathcote reds this boasts an amazing depth of flavour. Now to 2025.
