A harmonious rosé, with crunchy acidity well-meshed to the lacy mousse and minerally, smoke-and-stone-laced underpinning, forming a fine frame for the flavours of white cherry an pink grapefruit zest, accented by a touch of whole-grain toast. Drink now.

Light to medium salmon-pink with vestiges of purple. The bouquet is toasty, smoky and pinoty, quite complex but there is a trace of funk. The wine is full and broad and fruity, showing both acid and sweetness on the back-palate and aftertaste. Length is moderate, the finish dried by a wisp of tannin and the acidity leaves a little sourness in the mouth.
