Cherries, pepper and black coffee on the nose, framing a similar palate with firm, long finish. While drinkable now, this elegant shiraz expression will age gracefully over the next decade.

One of the best balanced Georgia's Paddocks for many years; it is a classically proportioned, medium-bodied wine, with complex flavours and equally complex texture and structure; the black cherry, spice and licorice flavours soar on the finish.
