Intense lime, camonmile, grapefruit aromas. Fresh vibrant palate with lovely grapefruit, tonic water, lime flavours, chalky textures, yeasty complexity and fine long crunchy acidity. Delicious drinking.

Light yellow colour with faint gold reflections. The bouquet is exceedingly complex, echoing some barrel usage. Aromas of nuts, dried fruits, dried flowers, the palate quite full and rich, with a strong tannin backbone which provides a trace of bitterness, while the structure it gives is such that it would handle quite flavoursome foods. An interesting and worthy left-field style.
