Medium-bodied. Whole bunch in the ferment gives a lift to the fragrant red fruits. Framed by fine tannins and integrated French oak.

Medium red, with a faint touch of purple, but the colour is weak for a shiraz. Very spicy aromas, with some lifted fragrance possibly attributable to stems (and the faded colour seems to corroborate this). This is a lean, sinewy wine with a firm, tight spine of tannin and a thread of greenness running through it. The bouquet is attractively aromatic.
